Job summary

Cooper Lomaz Recruitment Services Ltd is seeking a digitally savvy executive to lead a major transformation programme within a national organisation. The role focuses on strategy, governance and delivering measurable improvements across multiple functions.

You will report to the CEO, partner with the Executive Team, and drive adoption of digital solutions while ensuring value for money. Hybrid working in the Southend area with UK-wide travel is required.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading large-scale digital transformation or technology-enabled change programmes.
• Experience at Director, Executive or equivalent senior leadership level.
• Proven track record of delivering measurable improvements in operations, cost or ROI.
• Experience in complex, multi-site or service-led organisations.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to prioritise investments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the organisation's digital transformation strategy aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Executive Team to prioritise digital investments.
• Lead major transformation programmes across functions and measure outcomes.
• Improve operational efficiency through data, automation and system integration.
