Frazer-Nash Consultancy seeks a Digital & AI Portfolio Manager to shape and govern a multifaceted portfolio of digital products, data initiatives, automation and AI programmes. The role requires evidence-based leadership, strong governance, and the ability to prioritise complex initiatives across regulated environments.

The ideal candidate has a track record in portfolio or programme leadership within digital or enterprise transformation, with experience in demand management, benefits tracking

Qualifications

• Experience leading portfolio or programme governance in digital/technology environments.
• Ability to develop value cases, benefits realisation frameworks and performance reporting.
• Proven track record of prioritising, sequencing and managing capacity across multiple initiatives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management with evidence-based recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Govern and optimise a complex Digital & AI portfolio and prioritise investments.
• Provide evidence-led advice to senior stakeholders on risk, dependencies and benefits.
• Coordinate demand intake, sequencing, capacity management and governance packs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product owners, delivery teams and business stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement of portfolio management practices and reporting frameworks.
• Present governance recommendations to senior leadership and enable informed decision making.
