• Proven experience in strategic planning, particularly with Local Plan representations and land promotion.
• Familiarity with planning policy and development management.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with colleagues in the Planning and Land Departments to conduct site searches.
• Identify potential sites based on technical and planning constraints.
• Engage with landowners to discuss planning merits of their sites.
• Meet with developers to provide planning input during acquisition.
• Assist senior planning colleagues in Development Management tasks.
• Participate in public consultations and represent the company.
• Undertake administrative duties related to consultancy work.
