Job summary

CAF is seeking a Demand Planning professional to lead material and services demand across UK projects, including Overhaul Facilities, while supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation and data governance. You will ensure material availability, maintain CAF inventory policies, and drive standardised processes within the Stores and Logistics function.

With strong experience in demand planning and ERP systems, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, generate KPI reports, and support

Qualifications

• Proven relevant experience in demand planning and supply chain activities.
• Experience using an ERP System and computing skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (Macros, Pivot Tables, Formulas).
• English language and Maths at standard grade 3 or above (or equivalent).
• Experience in engineering or rail environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage demand planning, inventory parameters, and reorder proposals across UK projects and depots.
• Monitor material consumption for corrective spares and define reorder levels.
• Produce and manage weekly reorder lists for Central Stores to avoid stockouts.
• Submit monthly material reorder proposals based on consumption data and stock requirements.
• Act as SAP Key User for Demand Planning and support migration activities to SAP UK.
