Edenred PayTech in London/Swindon is seeking a Strategic Delivery Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery of strategic projects within the PayTech market. Hybrid work arrangements apply, with responsibilities spanning IT, product, legal, and risk workstreams and engagement with international clients.

You will drive scope, planning, and governance, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with the 3-year plan, while optimizing resources and stakeholder communication across global teams.

Qualifications

• Strong project management experience in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with stakeholders, including international clients.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel streams and work within an Agile framework.
• PM qualifications such as PMP, Prince2, PROSCI or MoR are desirable.
• Experience with payment programs and awareness of regulatory frameworks.

You will have experience using project management tools, templates and processes to manage the delivery program/projects in the most efficient way according to PayTech’s strategic imperatives and 3 year-plan.**What you will be doing:*** Lead the implementation of new solutions and transformation projects (ex. integration of new international payment schemes, new products/features, large Client migrations) from requirements through to product acceptance and rollout (including technical, legal, compliance/risk and financial work-streams).* Manage several parallel work streams encompassing IT and ancillary activities.* Monitor and control project delivery across internal teams and international teams/clients, identifying and challenging delays and obstacles.* Responsible for planning, effort estimations, and status reporting both internally and to clients.* Drive change to existing client programmes with a focus on minimising potential impacts to on-going existing services to mitigate risk.* Capable of taking control of scope and avoiding scope creep, with effective management of change requests.* Proficient with identifying amendments in client objectives with capacity to negotiate between core and future phasing to efficiently adhere to agreed timeframes.* Drive issue resolution, enable reporting, and manage escalations.* Support internal process and tool improvement projects.* Promote and support services & solutions along with other team members to achieve company objectives.**What you will bring:****Essential:*** Strong Project Management experience.* Highly organised, with experience of working within a fast-paced environment and Agile framework.* Experience in managing stakeholder’s expectations with the ability to work with external international clients, senior stakeholders, and third parties whilst relying on strong communication skills.* Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, presentation, analytical, and problem solving abilities.
