In this role, you'll be at the heart of our growth ambitions - uncovering new opportunities, and deepening the connection with our existing Partners and Firms. You'll play a key role within Partnership Services - combining sales strategy, client relationship management, and market insight to drive our long-term success.

The opportunity

We're seeking a Strategic Delivery Manager to lead partnership development and business growth initiatives.

This role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional service. The position is based in Swindon, with nationwide travel required.

  • Bonus scheme - on target bonus - 15%

What you'll be doing:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within target markets
  • Acting as the primary liaison to ensure ongoing engagement and support
  • Delivering proactive relationship management to ensure high satisfaction levels
  • Conducting regular service reviews and feedback sessions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service
  • Preparing and delivering presentations and proposals to potential clients
  • Expanding service usage and negotiating commercial terms, renewals, and service expansion
  • Ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Maintaining accurate partner records, contact history, and engagement plans
  • Achieving KPIs related to lead opportunities and onboarding new clients

What will you need to succeed?

  • Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets
  • Strong understanding of financial services products
  • Good understanding of T&C framework
  • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to meet standards and deadlines independently
  • Commercial acumen to balance strategic and operational priorities
