Job summary

Archer, collaborating with BNY, seeks a Senior Vice President, Delivery Practitioner in London or Manchester to lead transformative initiatives. You will shape complex priorities, mobilize cross-functional teams and deliver measurable client and enterprise outcomes in a regulated financial services setting.

You will frame problems, develop commercially viable solutions, and communicate senior-level narratives to governance bodies, while coaching others in structured problem solving and execution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; advanced degree advantageous.
• Substantial experience in management and delivery consulting, commercial transformation, product or service development, business design, or enterprise change.
• Proven track record leading high-stakes, ambiguous work with measurable outcomes.
• Underpin transformation with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Executive-level communication, influencing and facilitation skills.
• Experience in financial services or complex regulated environments preferred.
• Delivery, programme, Agile or Lean expertise; formal certification not essential.

Responsibilities

• Frame enterprise-level challenges and define problem statements and executable path forward.
• Own complex initiatives from concept through validation, mobilization and implementation.
• Provide senior commercial judgement on proposition development, pricing, contracts and revenue opportunities.
• Identify high-potential ideas, combining client insight, market context and internal capabilities.
• Direct rigorous qualitative and quantitative analysis and translate into recommendations and roadmaps.
• Create executive narratives for leadership, governance forums and stakeholders.
• Orchestrate diverse teams across functions, aligning objectives and incentives.
• Design governance and delivery approaches with pace, transparency and control.
• Anticipate risks and engage control partners early with pragmatic solutions.
• Coach colleagues in structured problem solving and outcome-led delivery.
• Build reusable frameworks and intellectual capital to improve opportunity evaluation.
