A leading organization is seeking a Strategic Delivery Lead to spearhead the delivery of key strategic objectives. This temporary role involves shaping plans, guiding stakeholders through execution, and ensuring alignment within the organization. Salary band 6, plus car allowance of £5055 per annum

What you’ll do
- Shape and deliver on a plan that helps us meet our strategic objectives in line with our values.
- Ensure we deliver on the plans, tracking objectives, activities, cost, risk and outcomes every step of the way. You’ll develop our roadmap bringing focus to what we deliver and when.
- Guide Home Group Executive and Board through the stages of the plan as their trusted expert partner.
- Bring people together, finding shared solutions that drive delivery and influencing both internally and externally to enable great outcomes.

What you bring
- PRINCE 2 or equivalent professional experience.
- Proven ability to develop and execute long-term strategies in a large and complex organisation.
- Strong commercial skills with an understanding of business principles, market dynamics, and financial metrics.
- Experience of influencing external partners, exec teams and boards with clarity and confidence.
- Able to effectively communicate the vision, roadmap, and priorities to stakeholders.
- A big-picture thinker who also loves getting the details right.
Job details
- You’ll sit within our Chief Financial Officer directorate and work closely with Helen our CFO.
- Full time, 37.5 hours per week
- Flexible hybrid working with minimum 2 days in the office
- A full current driving licence as this is a national role and you’ll be provided with a car allowance as part of your remuneration package to do that.
