Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of organisational strategy, transformation and system partnerships.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear plans, measurable outcomes and sustainable improvement.
• Act as principal strategic adviser to the Chief Executive and Board as a non-voting board member.
• Provide leadership, assurance and constructive challenge across strategy delivery, transformation, digital, data and stakeholder engagement.
• Work with executive colleagues, operational leaders and external partners.
• Shape the future direction of a large, complex NHS organisation.
