Job summary

Citi in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data/Information Management Internal Analyst who can apply analytical thinking, data analysis tools, and industry standards to solve routine and complex problems within the data domain.

You will perform defined procedures, analyses and report preparation, with senior review and opportunities to influence cross‑functional teams while ensuring compliance and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python (mandatory).
• Familiarity with AI tools/Dataiku/Snowflake (advantageous).
• Experience within the banking domain (preferred).
• Robust data analytical and logical understanding.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for routine operational or administrative work.
• Day-to-day actions focused on administering defined procedures, analyses and report preparation.
• Individuals will have their work reviewed by more senior incumbents and will have limited contact outside their immediate area.
• Daily deliverable of routine outputs while developing knowledge of the broader context.
• Assess risk when business decisions are made, ensuring compliance with laws and safeguarding Citi's clients and assets.
