Job summary

Burberry is seeking a Customer Strategy & Project Management professional to translate customer strategy into action across the business and to strengthen visibility, alignment and delivery discipline within the Customer function. The role provides analytical support to drive key priorities.

You will coordinate project plans, track actions and inputs from regional teams, and prepare updates for stakeholders.

Qualifications

Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Experience collaborating with senior stakeholders across functions.
Numerical and analytical capability to support decision-making.
Proven track record in project coordination or programme support.
Interest in retail or a retail background is preferable.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery of Customer Strategy projects, including project plans, timelines, risks, dependencies, actions and stakeholder communications.
Support implementation of Customer Strategy initiatives by tracking actions, progress and key deliverables across initiatives.
Conduct foundational customer and commercial analysis to support strategic projects and decision-making.
Gather, consolidate and quality-check inputs from central and regional teams to support strategic projects and business reviews.
Prepare project updates, presentations, working documents and supporting materials for stakeholders.
