Potter and Moore Plc, a UK-based beauty and wellbeing brand owner and manufacturer, operates two sites in Peterborough and Tiverton and employs around 380 people. The role sits in the UK Branded Sales team as a Customer Development Manager, translating strategy into actionable plans and driving performance with senior commercial stakeholders.

• 3-5 years' commercial FMCG/retail experience.
• Strong analytical and numerical capability with data interpretation.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience in forecasting, reporting and sales planning.
• Ability to influence stakeholders constructively.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work at pace across multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and delivery of the UK Branded Sales growth plan.
• Translate priorities into actionable objectives and plans.
• Maintain planning frameworks, action logs and trackers.
• Coordinate monthly sales reviews and performance meetings.
• Monitor progress against plans and identify risks.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports.
• Coordinate forecasting inputs and align with customer plans.
• Support account managers and governance across channels.
• Assist with discount channel planning and retailer presentations.
• Lead collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Demand Planning, Supply Chain.
