Job summary

Synthesia, the world’s leading AI video platform, is seeking a Strategic Customer Success Manager based in London to drive European growth. You will build strong client relationships, onboard new users, and collaborate closely with Sales to deliver cohesive onboarding experiences.

Qualifications

Customer-facing experience in Customer Success Management or similar roles in B2B SaaS.
Experience managing a Book of Business with KPIs and risk forecasting.
Ability to engage in business-level and technical conversations at multiple levels, including C-suite.
Strong onboarding experience and client relationship development in the first months.
Light video editing using the Synthesia platform.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with clients and turn them into happy users to drive growth.
Educate clients on the new way to create video content and coordinate with Sales for onboarding.
Engage in strategic conversations with senior stakeholders, including C-suite.
Manage a book of business with targets and KPI tracking.
