Qualifications
- Senior professional at legal director/partner level in crime/regulatory law.
- Technically strong across multiple regulatory disciplines.
- Commercial mindset with track record in client development.
- Experience with insurance-backed work or complex stakeholder environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead on complex regulatory matters and advocacy where appropriate.
- Provide commercial, pragmatic advice to businesses and individuals.
- Develop and mentor junior lawyers within the team.
- Support strategy and growth of the Crime & Regulatory team.
- Build relationships with insurers, clients and internal stakeholders.
- Take ownership of financial performance and KPIs.
