AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Principal Creative with a strategic focus to lead and elevate our multi-disciplinary design and production work for national and global accounts. You will shape creative direction, pitch concepts, mentor teams and partner with business leaders to deliver impactful campaigns and growth opportunities.
You will work with digital teams to deliver innovative solutions, balance long-term vision with immediate business needs, and help shape the future of the Creative Design
Qualifications
- An original portfolio demonstrating strong design across varied projects.
- Develop narratives, campaigns and creative strategies that translate complex ideas into engaging experiences.
- Confidently pitch creative ideas, campaign strategies and solutions to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Mentor and develop creative talent across levels and lead multidisciplinary teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead from a strategic POV; present ideas to clients and senior stakeholders.
- Develop marketing strategies to shape campaigns and business goals.
- Collaborate with Principals and leadership to drive innovation and growth.
- Coach and mentor team members to foster ownership and accountability.
