Job summary

Thermofisher Scientific is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of complex marketing and creative initiatives. Based onsite four days per week, you’ll drive cross-channel campaigns, translate strategy into actionable plans, and manage scope, timelines, and budgets with a focus on business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience leading creative or marketing projects, including complex or enterprise-scale campaigns.
• Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong understanding of creative workflows and marketing processes across omni-channel campaigns.
• Proficient with project management tools (Workfront, Smartsheet, Asana, Jira).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean methodologies is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of multiple complex campaigns across marketing channels.
• Translate business goals and marketing strategies into clear campaign plans and timelines.
• Coordinate scope, resources, risks, and budgets to ensure efficiency and quality.
• Facilitate cross-functional teamwork from intake through delivery.
• Lead meetings, own status docs, and drive actions and follow-ups.
• Partner with creative and operations teams to optimize tools, templates, and processes.
• Identify workflow improvements to streamline delivery and reduce barriers.
• Use data to inform decisions and prioritize next steps.
