Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5–7 years in a creative environment within corporate, in-house, or agency settings.
• Portfolio demonstrating digital and print work with strong visuals and craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Drive the creative execution of marketing initiatives across digital and traditional channels, translating objectives into user-centered designs that align with brand standards.
• Collaborate with the Associate Creative Director and cross-functional partners from concept to delivery.
• Develop high-fidelity designs, prototypes, and production-ready assets that elevate marketing communications.
• Provide design direction and feedback to ensure consistency and quality across campaigns.
• Mentor and support junior designers to foster growth and best practices.
• Present concepts and design rationale to stakeholders and influence decisions.
• Collaborate with marketing operations, deployment teams, developers, copywriters, and UX/UI partners to ensure feasibility and optimal channel execution.
• Create marketing materials across digital and print, including landing pages, websites, emails, social, print collateral, catalogs, and packaging.
