Qualifications

• Feasibility studies and procurement reports.
• Value management at project outset.
• Estimating, cost planning, and final cost plan ownership.
• Overseeing procurement: prequalification, enquiry, analysis, selection, contract prep.
• Post-contract cost variances and change control management.
• Cost checking and valuation work.
• Monthly post-contract cost reports to client.
• Active participation in meetings and value engineering.
• Final accounts negotiation and agreement.
• Client and consultant interface at all stages.
• BD activities to promote Mace in the region.

Responsibilities

• Conduite des études de faisabilité et rédaction de rapports d’approvisionnement.
• Appliquer la gestion de la valeur au début d’un projet.
• Gérer l’estimation, la planification des coûts et la présentation du coût final.
• Gérer le processus d’approvisionnement avec toutes les étapes.
• Assurer le suivi des écarts et du contrôle des Changements après contrat.
• Vérification et évaluation des coûts.
• Produire des rapports mensuels de coûts post-contrat.
• Participer activement aux réunions.
• Valorisation et ingénierie de la valeur.
• Interface client et avec les autres consultants à chaque étape.
• Soutenir le développement commercial et promouvoir Mace dans la région.
