Job summary

Mace combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. The Cities and Places sector shapes homes, schools, offices and major programmes, working with government and private clients to create spaces that improve how people live, work and connect.

The role can be based in London, Birmingham, Manchester, Winchester or Bristol.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Advanced communication, negotiation and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of health, safety and sector regulations.
• Professional memberships (RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE) or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Applying technical expertise in health and safety regulations.
• Fostering inclusivity and team wellbeing.
• Ensuring robust quality systems and service excellence.
• Managing project delivery from inception to completion.
• Managing budgets, risks and mitigations.
• Coordinating design, consultants and stakeholders collaboratively.
• Maintaining accurate plans, records and handover documentation.
• Driving innovation and best practice across teams.
• Upholding Mace values and supporting sustainable business outcomes.
