Job summary

Insite Finance in Milton Keynes seeks a Senior Corporate Tax Manager to lead a broad corporate tax portfolio and influence strategic direction with Partners. The role blends advisory leadership with compliance oversight, managing large groups and investor-backed structures.

You will drive restructures, acquisitions and growth planning while mentoring Managers and developing future leaders in a high-profile, top-tier practice environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA and/or CTA with strong corporate tax background.
• Extensive corporate tax experience within the accountancy sector.
• Strong advisory capability alongside leadership of compliance.
• Experience dealing with larger groups and investor-backed businesses.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight of corporate tax across a substantial portfolio.
• Lead on restructures, acquisitions and growth planning.
• Support due diligence and investment transactions.
• Advise shareholder‑managed and PE-backed groups.
• Manage complex technical matters and risk areas.
• Oversee billing strategy and portfolio profitability.
• Develop Managers and rising leaders within the tax team.
• Support business development and proposal work.
