Unity Advisory seeks a Manager to lead its corporate tax advisory practice, running engagements across structuring, M&A tax and strategic planning, supporting CFOs and business leaders on high‑impact decisions.

You will oversee technical work, be the trusted client contact and help scale the team, while Unity’s AI tools handle compliance, data analysis and scenario modelling for strategic thinking and client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong technical knowledge of UK corporate tax legislation.
• Solid track record in corporate tax advisory or compliance at an established firm.
• CTA, ACA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Able to interpret financial information and adopt new platforms quickly.
• Able to explain complex tax positions clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Self-directed with portfolio ownership and growth mindset.

Responsabilités

• Lead a portfolio of corporate tax advisory engagements across sectors and transaction types.
• Develop and deliver tax strategy recommendations on structuring, planning and optimisation.
• Prepare and review corporate tax compliance work with accuracy and compliance.
• Manage HMRC correspondence and enquiries, negotiating outcomes for clients.
• Lead M&A tax due diligence, transaction structuring and post-deal tax integration planning.
• Produce clear technical reports and client-facing deliverables.
• Coach and develop junior team members through day-to-day oversight.
• Contribute to business development including proposals and growth opportunities.
