Unity Advisory, a modern advisory business focused on CFOs, seeks a Manager for its tax team in London or Manchester. You will manage a portfolio of corporate tax engagements, delivering advisory and compliance work, and shaping how services are delivered using AI and data tools.

You will lead client relationships, develop junior colleagues and contribute to proposals and pitches while coordinating engagement budgets and resources.

Formación

• UK corporate tax knowledge with advisory and compliance experience.
• Experience using data and AI/automation to improve work.
• CTA/ACA/ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• Experience managing complex assignments and reviewing junior colleagues.

Responsabilidades

• Manage day-to-day delivery across a portfolio of corporate tax clients as main point of contact.
• Deliver advice on corporate structuring, reorganisations and tax planning with senior support.
• Use AI, automation and data analysis to improve delivery and ensure quality.
• Prepare and review corporation tax computations, returns and technical reports.
• Manage HMRC correspondence and enquiries, escalating complex issues.
• Support transaction-related projects with M&A Tax and Deals colleagues.
• Coach junior colleagues and manage engagement budgets and resources.
• Identify opportunities to support clients and contribute to proposals and pitches.
