Job summary

Alzheimer's Society is seeking a commercially minded Corporate Partnerships Manager to lead the day-to-day development and delivery of the partnership with The FA. You will build trusted relationships across both organisations, turning ideas into action to drive income, impact and reach for people affected by dementia.

You will work with operational teams and senior stakeholders, spending at least one day a week at The FA's Wembley Head Office with regular UK travel as part of a hybrid role.

Qualifications

• Strategic project and partnership management across multiple workstreams.
• Influencing and relationship management with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in strategic partnership growth and income impact.
• Ability to work across organisations and keep activity moving.
• Proactive, solutions‑focused, with decisive judgment.
• Clear written and verbal communication for proposals and reports.
• Financial and budgeting skills with forecasting and CRM use.
• Genuine interest in dementia and corporate partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the partnership plan, objectives, KPIs and measures of success.
• Identify opportunities to grow income, campaigns, events and engagement.
• Build trusted relationships across The FA and Alzheimer's Society.
• Turn ideas into clear plans; coordinate teams, deadlines and risks.
• Lead high‑profile events, campaigns and communications.
• Use data to understand performance and guide next steps.
• Manage partnership income, budgets and KPIs.
• Create compelling proposals and impact reports.
• Collaborate with contractual, data, brand and compliance teams.
• Share learning across Corporate Partnerships.
