Job summary

Bluebell Wood Children's Hospice is seeking a Corporate Partnerships Acquisition Fundraiser to identify, develop and secure new corporate support. You will build authentic relationships that generate sustainable income and help deliver life-changing care for children and families.

You will manage a pipeline from prospecting to conversion, work with the Corporate Fundraising Lead, and collaborate with teams to maximise opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities.
• Basic numeracy and financial awareness.
• Experience building trusted relationships with businesses or corporate partners.
• Strategic income generation, sales, account management or B2B engagement.
• Proven experience working towards targets, KPIs or income objectives.
• Experience delivering impactful presentations.
• Strong networking, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Ability to craft engaging proposals and pitches.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas to attract corporate support.
• Proactive and adaptable with prioritisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
• Understanding of GDPR and responsible data handling.
• Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new corporate partnerships, building a strong pipeline.
• Secure sponsorship and match-funding opportunities and cultivate Major Donor prospects.
• Represent Bluebell Wood at meetings and events as an ambassador.
• Collaborate with Community, Events and Individual Giving teams to maximise opportunities.
• Contribute to the corporate fundraising plan and maintain CRM records.
• Review outcomes and bring forward innovative ideas to strengthen acquisition activity.
