Sopra Steria are recruiting a Strategic Control Room Operator to join our Network Traffic Information Services project. The role is responsible for monitoring the National Highway strategic road network, providing information in response to live events, and delivering accurate, up-to-date traffic information as part of a 24/7 service. The team operates on a rotating shift pattern six on and four off, with two early shifts (06:00 - 14:30), two late shifts (13:30 - 23:00) and two night shifts (21:00 - 06:30).
Quinton Business Park is situated close to the M5; due to varied start times and the remote location, applicants should have their own transport.
