We seek an experienced, driven, and passionate Contracts Manager to oversee the County Council's Strategic Highways Contracts and monitor their performance.
Upon appointment, you will support a senior team in managing resources for the £500m+ Highways Re-procurement project, related to the Term Maintenance Contractor, Professional Services Supplier, and Traffic Signals Contractor, all expiring on 31 March 2026. This includes managing resources and supporting contract mobilization.
You will also assist with managing Strategic Contracts, provide advice, guidance, and support to the Assistant Director of Highway Services and the wider highways teams in their interactions with consultants and contractors.
