The role requires a degree in Life Sciences or related field, proven contract negotiation experience with senior stakeholders, and a customer‑focused mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms in Europe and the US.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic partner to Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of customer contracts to align with commercial goals and legal standards.
• Negotiate customer contracts in partnership with internal teams to achieve timely deal closure and support growth.
• Maintain accurate records and track contract status and progress.
• Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
