Job summary

Catalent in Swindon is seeking a Contracts Manager for Clinical Supply Services to lead negotiations and manage the execution of customer contracts across EMEA and APAC. You will work with Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams to ensure terms align with commercial goals, risk controls, and company policies, while supporting business growth and exceptional client service.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders, strong knowledge

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience negotiating contracts with senior stakeholders.
• Strong understanding of commercial contract terms in Europe and the US.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills, with a customer‑focused mindset.
• Ability to communicate clearly and persuasively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Act as strategic partner to Business Development, Site Operations, and Legal teams across EMEA and APAC.
• Lead the negotiation and execution of customer contracts to align with commercial goals and legal standards.
• Negotiate customer contracts in partnership with BD, Legal, and other functional leads to achieve timely deal closure and support business growth.
• Act as the lead on negotiations with customers on commercial contracting terms.
• Assess and mitigate contractual risks, recommending language that supports business objectives.
• Ensure contracts reflect company priorities and comply with legal and organisational policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and tracking of contract status and progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to enhancing customer experience.
• Liaise with internal and external legal counsel as needed.
