Job summary

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with NQ to 3 PQE
• Experience in commercial, data protection, and/or intellectual property law preferred
• Drafting, analytical thinking, and clear communication skills required
• Ability to prioritise and manage workloads effectively
• Confident stakeholder engagement with a pragmatic, solution-focused approach
• Ability to interpret contracts, regulations, and case law

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts and legal documentation
• Provide clear, practical legal research, insights and recommendations
• Proactively manage day-to-day legal queries
• Partner with teams across Sales, Commercial, Procurement and Information Technology
• Maintain and continuously improve legal templates, guidance and knowledge resources
• Support compliance across data protection, commercial law and intellectual property requirements
• Contribute to improving contract lifecycle management
• Identify opportunities to enhance legal service delivery through digital tools, automation and artificial intelligence
