Propose visibility tactics for zero-click and AI-generated environments (e.g. topical authority, entity optimisation)
Map content goals across the full customer journey—from awareness to retention
AI-Integrated Content Operations
Recommend AI use cases across planning, production, optimisation, and repurposing
Suggest tools and processes for AI-assisted ideation, drafting, editing, localisation, personalisation, and analytics
Define AI-related responsibilities and required upskilling
Ensure human creativity is preserved for brand voice, storytelling, and strategic insight
Capability Building & Coaching
Coach our Senior Content Marketing Manager on strategic leadership and change navigation
Help the team adopt new workflows and skillsets
Provide practical templates and frameworks to embed new ways of working
Foster a culture of experimentation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making

Advise on resourcing mix (internal, freelance, partnerships) to support future scale
Measurement & KPIs
Redefine success metrics in a world less dependent on SEO KPIs
Recommend funnel-wide indicators of performance, including:
Influence and visibility
Efficiency and content ROI
Engagement across key formats
Brand impact and assisted conversions
Propose a lightweight reporting framework with AI-enabled insights
