Job summary

Siemens Energy Limited is seeking a Strategic Consultant & Project Implementation professional in Lincoln, United Kingdom. The role focuses on identifying and negotiating sales growth opportunities, shaping pricing strategies, and developing new product opportunities across multiple functions.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement and Manufacturing teams, developing revenue models and ensuring timely delivery of strategic initiatives with strong stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in project management and integrating new business ideas or acquisitions is a plus.
• A proactive and strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
