Job summary

Revolut is seeking a Business Compliance Manager to advise and oversee regulatory risks across our investing and trading products. You will enable innovation while ensuring global regulatory expectations are met and shaping controls with cross-functional teams.

In a fast-moving digital environment, you will review product launches, monitor market conduct, support regulatory examinations, and collaborate with Trading, Product, Legal and Risk stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in compliance, market conduct, brokerage, or trading oversight.
• Knowledge of investment products, trading platforms, and related regulations.
• Ability to challenge and guide Product teams with clarity and pragmatism.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review new investment/trading product launches for regulatory compliance.
• Design and enhance controls across trading, brokerage, and wealth operations.
• Conduct deep-dives on market conduct, suitability and disclosures.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and governance processes.
• Work closely with Trading, Product, Legal, and Risk stakeholders.
• Monitor regulatory developments in investments, securities, and crypto.
