Zusammenfassung

CMC Markets is recruiting for Head of Compliance & AML for Cyprus, Limassol. You will lead the compliance function, embedding a strong culture of compliance across product, technology and operations, and serve as the strategic link between regulation and the business.

You will design, implement and oversee the AML/KYC framework, conduct regulatory risk assessments, and guide senior management and the Board on regulatory developments to support growth.

Qualifikationen

• At least five years' experience leading Compliance or Risk in a CySEC-regulated environment.
• CySEC Advanced Certificate and/or CySEC AML Certificate required.
• Deep knowledge of OTC products including CFDs and Margin FX.
• Experience with transferable securities and/or crypto assets is a plus.
• Fluent English with strong communication and board-level influence.
• Degree in Law, Finance or related field; MSc advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Regulatory leadership: ensure compliance with CySEC requirements and applicable legislation.
• Framework development: design, implement and maintain compliant policies and manuals.
• AML/KYC oversight: establish AML/KYC framework, client onboarding, monitoring and reporting.
• Risk management: lead compliance risk assessments and mitigation.
• Strategic advisory: monitor developments and advise senior management and Board.
• Operational oversight: oversee suitability, client communications, marketing reviews and complaints handling.
• Culture and training: promote culture through training and mentorship.
• Leadership: build and lead a high-performing local compliance team.
