• Previous experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.

• Solid understanding of UK labor laws and compensation regulations.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach.

About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in London, UK.
