Job summary

Humanoid is expanding its HR function in London, seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist. You will shape compensation and benefits programs, benchmark salaries, and manage payroll-related processes in collaboration with Finance and HR teams.

You will ensure compliance with UK laws, design incentive schemes, and advise leaders on rewarding performance to attract and retain top talent in a fast-growing tech environment.

About the Role

We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join our team in London, UK. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of our compensation and benefits programmes, working closely with HR, Finance, and leadership. You will play a key role in salary benchmarking, benefits, payroll-related processes, and reward initiatives, helping us maintain a competitive and compliant approach to compensation and benefits.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in compensation & benefits or a related HR role.

• Previous experience in IT, tech, or digital companies is a plus.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret salary data and market trends.

• Solid understanding of UK labor laws and compensation regulations.

• Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strategic approach.
