Job summary

Mercedes-AMG PETRONAS Formula One Team in Brackley is seeking an experienced, highly organised administrator to support the Head of Communications. You will help run the function smoothly, coordinating day-to-day processes and information flow to keep the team delivering at pace.

Based at our Brackley headquarters, the role covers operations, travel, budgets, asset management, events and stakeholder coordination across the Communications team to drive efficient workflows and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience liaising with multiple stakeholders across sectors.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Head of Communications.
• Coordinate calendars, bookings, and asset consolidation across teams.
• Lead budgets, travel planning and invoice workflows.
• Assist in events, shoots, and department tracking and reporting.
