Job summary

BlueLight Commercial Ltd. is recruiting a Communications & Marketing Lead to drive integrated campaigns and content across digital and traditional channels. You will shape messaging, support employee communications and strengthen the organisation's reputation while collaborating with multiple departments.

You will mentor teams, use analytics to guide decisions, and ensure alignment with governance and strategic priorities. This role offers a flexible 37-hour week.

Qualifications

• CIM Level 6 qualification (or working towards).
• Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business or equivalent professional experience.
• Evidence of continuous professional development.
• Presentation skills training or equivalent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead creation and delivery of high-quality communications across channels.
• Develop stories and messaging to support objectives and stakeholder engagement.
• Manage internal communications plans and channels.
• Lead brand management and reputation initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end planning and delivery of campaigns and events.
