Job summary

Brunswick Group in London seeks an Associate to develop and deliver strategic communications for foundations and non-profit clients. You will shape narratives, drive campaigns and manage day-to-day client relationships to ensure high-quality work.

You will contribute to new business, draft proposals, and collaborate with Directors and Partners to grow Brunswick's non-profit offering. You will coordinate teams, mentor juniors, and bring fresh thinking to client challenges.

Qualifications

• A demonstrated ability to identify core issues and insights to inform campaigns.
• Strong writing and storytelling skills with experience in policy or NGO communications.
• Experience managing projects and client relationships in a professional services setting.
• Ability to coordinate across teams and offices to deliver integrated work.
• Comfort in presenting to senior stakeholders and managing multiple deadlines.
• Interest in health, development or philanthropy and global affairs.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients and drive execution on projects and retained accounts.
• Project manage client engagements, ensuring high-quality delivery and managing client relationships.
• Bring original and critical thinking to derive insights, strategy and execution from briefs.
• Build an internal network across offices to share best practices and outcomes.
• Advise clients with Directors/Partners, drawing on research and experience.
• Mentor and develop junior team members on client projects.
• Contribute to new business by drafting proposals and improving processes.
• Participate in wider Brunswick initiatives and expertise-building.
