Job summary

Brunswick Group in London seeks a Director to lead strategic communications plans for foundations and non-profit clients, delivering senior-level advice and proactive ideas. You will manage client relationships, supervise teams, and work with Partners on budgets and strategy.

You will build and nurture new business, leverage internal and external networks, mentor colleagues, and represent Brunswick externally to advance the Foundations and Non-Profits practice globally.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ relevant professional experience.
• Experience advising senior leaders with efficacy and diplomacy.
• Strong understanding of philanthropic and international development landscape.
• Ability to drive business strategy and manage teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and delivery of strategic communications plans for Foundations and Non-Profits clients.
• Provide senior-level advice and act as day-to-day contact for clients.
• Develop and cultivate new business using internal and external networks; manage client accounts and budgets.
• Mentor colleagues and represent Brunswick externally to advance the practice.
