Qualifications

• Significant senior commercial leadership experience delivering major infrastructure programmes.
• Proven track record leading commercial strategy within complex engineering, utilities, infrastructure or construction environments.
• Experience with NEC contracts and commercial management across large capital programmes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the Alliance's commercial strategy and governance.
• Lead the commercial, estimating, and contract management functions.
• Provide strategic commercial advice to the Executive Leadership Team and Board.
• Establish robust commercial governance, assurance, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead contract management across NEC-based programmes and manage risk, change, claims, and obligations.
• Drive commercial performance through cost management, forecasting, and value engineering.
• Build strong relationships with Anglian Water, Alliance partners, and supply chain.
