Job summary

Energy Jobline ZR is seeking a Commercial Director to lead growth across an automotive services group, with potential expansion into mobile services. Reporting to the MD, you will shape commercial strategy, win new business and manage major customer relationships.

Hybrid Coventry-based role with travel and an uncapped bonus potential. You will lead the account management team while remaining personally involved in sales, pricing and negotiations, delivering profitable contracts and working

Qualifications

• Proven record of winning and retaining profitable B2B accounts.
• Experience in automotive repair, accident management, fleet services or related sector.
• Strong negotiation with senior customers and major accounts.
• Experience leading a commercial or account management team.
• Understanding of pricing, margins, forecasting and contract performance.
• Ability to collaborate with operations to deliver commitments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver the group's commercial strategy.
• Win and grow accounts with insurers, accident management companies, fleet operators and vehicle manufacturers.
• Lead bids, tenders, contract negotiations and renewals.
• Manage pricing and review profitability across customers and services.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate revenue and gross profit forecasts.
• Work with the Operations Director on deployment and scheduling strategy.
• Lead and develop the account management team.
• Improve customer service and identify opportunities for further growth.
