Job summary

InfraView is recruiting a Customer Design Authority – Cloud for a leading MSP/IT solutions provider in the UK. This senior, strategic role requires owning the customer’s wider technology strategy, roadmaps and investment decisions across cloud and infrastructure.

You'll engage CIOs and senior tech leaders, shape end-to-end architectures, review High-Level and Low-Level Designs, and collaborate with Pre-Sales, Professional Services and Managed Services to deliver transformational projects.

Qualifications

• Senior cloud/IT infrastructure professional with strategic focus.
• Experience designing enterprise cloud & infrastructure solutions.
• Ability to engage CIOs and senior technology leaders.

Responsibilities

• Becoming the trusted technical advisor to a portfolio of enterprise customers
• Defining Cloud, Infrastructure and Technology Roadmaps
• Reviewing High-Level Designs and Low-Level Designs
• Engaging directly with enterprise customers and senior stakeholders
• Providing architectural governance across complex environments
• Collaborating with Pre-Sales, Solutions Architecture, and Managed Services
• Translating business requirements into technical strategy
