Job summary

Siemens Healthineers is seeking a Head of Strategic Client Engagement & Growth to lead executive-level relationships with NHS Trusts and independent providers across Great Britain and Ireland, driving long-term value from MES and Value Partnerships.

You will build a scalable engagement framework, mentor Engagement Managers, and collaborate across Sales, Operations, Commercial, and Solution Architecture to secure renewals, expansions and sustained growth.

• Experience in strategic customer engagement and complex account management.
• Proven ability to drive business growth in enterprise settings.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
