Job summary

Scope is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the CEO on building and scaling the company. You’ll improve how teams operate, help hire and develop top talent, and own projects across strategy and operations.

You’ll have substantial autonomy, identify problems, challenge decisions, and drive work to completion. Expect periods of high intensity and travel as needed to support major deals and initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience owning complex projects in a high-growth company (startup/IB/consulting).
• Proven ability to turn loosely defined problems into concrete results.
• Strong analytical skills with financial/operational data.

Responsibilities

• Work with the CEO and team leads on org structure, performance, and people development.
• Remove bottlenecks in large deals and build repeatability within ACV deals.
• Understand cross-team operations, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements.
