Job summary

Curo is seeking an organised Project Manager to lead Operational Transformation projects from planning through to implementation in Bath. The role combines hands-on delivery with cross-team collaboration to improve services, create efficiencies and deliver value for customers and communities.

You'll manage plans, budgets and stakeholders across partnerships, ensuring on-time delivery within budget while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications

• Project management experience delivering end-to-end projects.
• Strong organisation, budgeting and risk management skills.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders and suppliers.
• IT literacy with MS Office and PM systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to closure.
• Develop plans, milestones, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate teams and external suppliers.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes.
• Monitor performance against timescales and budgets.
• Prepare reports for senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contract management and budget monitoring.
• Capture lessons learned for continuous improvement.
