A prestigious Legal and Business Services Organisation is seeking an experienced Strategic Change Project Manager to manage the business-facing adoption of complex and interdependent initiatives within their Generative AI Programme. This is a high-impact role focused on change and strategic transformation by integrating GenAI capabilities into existing tools and processes.

Rate: £600pd
Location: London
Hybrid: 3 days in the office
Contract Length: 3 Months Initial (view to extend, part of a larger programme)

Key Experience Needed:

• Extensive experience as a Project /Change manager working on strategic operational change initiatives in a range of projects.
• Experience managing the operational development and integration of tools in Legal or Professional Services.
• Knowledge of GenAI tools, ideally in Legal Tech
• Strong background in workforce impact assessments, including capability planning.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead across multiple teams and disciplines.
