Job summary

The Federation of Scottish Theatre is seeking a Change Programmes Lead to help shape and grow Scotland’s performing arts sector through strategic leadership and hands-on delivery. You will work with FST members, partners and colleagues to identify opportunities, develop practical responses and lead programmes across workforce development, mentoring, accessibility, sustainability and leadership development.

• Ability to understand complex challenges and translate them into realistic plans.
• Capable of building trusted relationships across organisations and sectors.
• Experience in developing and delivering programmes with measurable outcomes.
