Job summary

Pacific Life Re Limited is seeking a Change Portfolio Delivery Lead to establish and run an enterprise-wide portfolio management capability within the Business Change function. The role enables the Executive Committee to make data-driven, prioritised investment decisions aligned with strategic priorities.

The role reports to the VP, Business Change, and focuses on developing a portfolio pipeline, governance, and an insight-led operating model across Lines of Business and DBS Functions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in portfolio / transformation / change leadership.
• Experience establishing or maturing Portfolio/Transformation Offices (PMO++, EPMO).
• Strong delivery knowledge: Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to divisional leadership and committees.
• Lead integrated planning across strategy, budgets, and delivery.
• Translate strategy into prioritized change pipelines and governance.
• Provide forward-looking portfolio insights on health, alignment, capacity, and risks.
• Drive governance, transparency, and senior-level decision making.
