Job summary

The Portfolio Manager role sits in the Strategic Change Function, delivering critical organisational change and driving Defra’s Outcomes Framework.

You will work across Defra and its Arms Length Bodies to ensure efficient change delivery.

Responsibilities

• Oversee significant change initiatives contributing to departmental objectives.
• Strengthen portfolio governance with insights, information and reporting.
• Support prioritisation decisions and efficient allocation of resources across the portfolio.
• Analyse information sources and engage with programme and project stakeholders to inform decisions.
