Job summary

Standard Life is seeking a Project Manager to join the Pensions & Savings Change team. You will lead complex change initiatives across multiple areas, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams to deliver outcomes that align with business strategy.

You will drive governance, manage dependencies and risks, and ensure business readiness and adoption into BAU operations as programmes progress in a fast-paced Financial Services environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience of delivering complex change in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Change Capability and broad Change delivery skills.
• Experience of collaborating with Outsource Providers and/or Third Parties and holding them to account.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery activity from initiation through implementation, managing scope, plans, dependencies, risks, issues and stakeholders.
• Ensure business readiness and operational impacts are understood and managed.
• Oversee governance, RAID, reporting and delivery controls for high-profile programmes.
• Support business readiness and adoption activities for smooth BAU transition.
